Delivery Information:
For inside Dhaka, the shipping fee is BDT 60 for all goods. Packages start from BDT 150 for shipping Dhaka suburb and outside Dhaka areas.

The delivery charges for the “Next Working Day Delivery” starts from BDT 250 (Inside Dhaka Only)*

Orders over BDT 3000 (VAT excluded) will receive Free Delivery all over Bangladesh.

Cash On Delivery service is NOT available for orders outside Dhaka.

Next Working Day Delivery:

Orders scheduled for “Next Working Day Delivery” will be handled until Thursday at 11:00 AM. The processing of any order placed on Thursday after 11:00 AM will be resumed on Sunday at 9:30 AM.

Exchange Policy:
Exchange request is applicable only if the product delivered is damaged or broken. If you receive any damaged product, contact Sunehera Customer Service as early as possible.

After 12 hours of delivery, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.
